Fairmont Hotel Vancouver to the Congress Venue
Convenient transportation will be available for ICSES 2026 delegates, with an all-day shuttle service connecting select hotels to the Vancouver Convention Centre.
The shuttle is available for guests staying at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and will operate on a loop from 5:30 am to 8:30 am and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm from September 22 to 25

The ICSES 2026 registration desk will be available onsite to assist attendees with badge collection, general questions, and Congress information.
For a smooth check-in and to pick up your registration badge, you can use one of our self-registration stations by scanning the QR code in the email you received upon registration. It is also available in your mobile app under the “Check-In” icon. Alternatively, present the email or the QR code in your mobile app to our Registration Desk staff, who will be happy to assist you with check-in and provide your badge.
