A block of rooms has been secured for ICSES 2026 delegates at the downtown Vancouver hotels listed below. Overnight accommodations must be booked by August 20, 2026 (subject to availability).
The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for ICSES 2026. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Congress delegates only.
The success of the ICSES 2026 depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. ICSES 2026 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk.

- Rates are charged in CAD and based on single & double occupancy excluding taxes and fees, currently at 20.68%. The tax rate is subject to change without notice.
- Booking Deadline: August 20, 2026 and is subject to availability. Rooms may be sold out prior to this date.
- Payment Terms: A credit card is mandatory for every reservation.
- Cancellation and Reduction in Room Nights Policy: Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than August 20, 2026, to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after August 20, 2026, will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no shows. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Housing Piracy Warning
WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Congress. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus, making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked, but payment has been taken.
