Guidelines for Ancillary meetings at ICSES 2026
Ancillary meetings and events play an important role in fostering collaboration and engagement during the Congress. To ensure smooth coordination, all side meetings must follow the guidelines below:
1. Non-conflict with Congress Program
- Side events, meetings, or hospitality functions hosted by industry partners must not overlap with any official Congress activities.
- This includes all scientific sessions, ICLs, symposia, plenary lectures, and networking events from September 23-25.
- Available times for ancillary events:
On or Before Tuesday, September 22 – Events may be held at any time
Wednesday, September 23 – Before 6:45 AM and after 8:00 PM
Thursday, September 24 – Before 6:45 AM
Friday, September 25 – Before 6:45 AM and after 6:00 PM
2. Event Approval
- All proposed ancillary events must be submitted in advance to the Congress Secretariat for approval.
- Details should include: event purpose, date, time, venue, and target audience.
- Approval is required before promoting or confirming any event.
- Please submit your requests to: icses2026-fulfilment@icsevents.com
3. Branding and Communications
- Promotion of side events within official Congress venues is not permitted unless expressly authorized by the Congress Secretariat.
