We are pleased to announce that we began accepting applications for Instructional Course Lectures (ICLs) to be presented during the 16th International Congress on Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (ICSES 2026).

How to apply for an instructional course lecture (ICL)

Follow the steps below to submit your ICL proposal through the online portal.

Create an Account

Create an account to log in to the Abstract Submission Portal. The submitter must be the presenting author.

Complete Your Disclosure

Before submitting your ICL, you must complete your disclosure in the portal. The system will not allow you to submit your proposal until this step is finished.

Submit Your ICL Proposal

When submitting your ICL proposal, you will need to provide:

Also note: Duration is fixed at 60 minutes, maximum of 1 moderator, and up to 4 panelists/speakers.
No funding/honoraria will be provided; moderators and speakers must register for the Congress and cover their own travel/accommodation.

Edit or Update Your Proposal (if needed)

If you need to make changes or are unable to complete the submission in one session, you may return to your proposal and edit or complete it before the submission deadline of January 15, 2026.
