Join us in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for the 16th International Congress on Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. Register by May 1, 2026, for early registration savings.

* Proof of Resident, Fellow, or Medical Student status is required during registration. Please upload an official letter from your institution on its letterhead confirming your status.
** Delegates selecting the Allied Health Professional category must provide proof of status during registration, such as current professional license, certification, or a letter from your employer/organization
Registration fees are tax exempt.

Registration is open exclusively to Healthcare Professionals, Fellows, Students, and Allied Healthcare Professionals. Industry representatives may participate in the meeting only through exhibition or sponsorship opportunities.

ICSES 2026 has planned a variety of networking events for your professional development and enjoyment.

Welcome Reception

Date: Wednesday, September 23, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: West Ballroom CD, Vancouver Convention Centre
Tickets: Complimentary for all registered attendees and accompanying persons. Tickets are available for purchase for guests of registered attendees.

Gala Dinner

Terms and Conditions

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ICSES 2026 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

Badge Scanning

By allowing an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, you consent to your contact information being shared with that exhibitor/sponsor (name, job title, organization, city, country and email). Should you not wish to share your personal information with an exhibitor/sponsor, there is no obligation to allow your badge to be scanned by these parties. 

Payment Policy

For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with American Express, Visa or Mastercard.  For onsite registration, we only accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Congress. Cash and Cheques will NOT be accepted.

Payment must be received by each registration deadline to qualify for the deemed rate. If not received, your registration will be automatically changed to the next tier rate, and a secondary invoice will be sent to you for the difference.

Accompanying Persons Registration

Spouse/Guest Registration (18 and over) Includes the Welcome Reception and daily Exhibit Hall access. There is an additional fee to attend the Gala Dinner on Thursday evening.

Group Registration

The registration system does support registering a group of attendees with one payment transaction.  For groups of 10 or more registrations, please contact icses2026-registration@icsevents.com for more information. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICSES 2026 Secretariat’s address by July 31, 2026, will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 150.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after July 31, 2026, will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
