Note: There will be no extensions for any deadlines.
How to submit an Abstract
Follow the steps below to complete your abstract submission through the online portal.

Create an Account
Create an account to log in to the Abstract Submission Portal. The submitter must be the presenting author.

Complete Your Disclosure
Before submitting your abstract, you must complete your disclosure in the portal. The system will not allow you to submit your abstract until this step is finished.

Submit Your Abstract
When submitting your abstract, you will need to provide both the abstract information and the contact details for all coauthors, including their full names, institutions, and email addresses.

Edit or Update Your Submission (if needed)
If you need to make changes or are unable to complete the submission in one session, you may return to your submission and edit or complete it any time before January 19, 2026 11:59 AM PST.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
To submit abstracts for ICSES 2026, you must log in to the online submission portal. The portal will open on November 5. Disclosure must be completed prior to submitting the abstract.
General Instructions:
All sections below will need to be completed. Fields are required and will include:
- Abstract Details
- Paper Authors
- Disclosures and Agreements
- Non-Exclusive License
Guidelines
Abstracts must include the following sections:
- Introduction (max 150 words)
- Materials & Methods (max 250 words)
- Results (max 250 words)
- Discussion/Conclusion (max 150 words)
Abstracts may include:
- References: up to 3
- Figures: up to 2 (uploaded in the portal if necessary) Each figure will count as 100 words.
Artificial Intelligence (AI): Any use must be disclosed.
Industry Support: Any support must be disclosed.
Abstracts that do not follow these guidelines may be removed from consideration.
Presentation Types
- Podium Presentation: Selected abstracts will be presented orally during the meeting.
- ePoster: Selected abstracts will be presented digitally in the ePoster gallery.

- Shoulder – Other/Miscellaneous

Presenter responsibilities
- ICSES does not provide funding for accepted presenters.
- Presenters are responsible for conference registration, travel, and accommodation costs.
