Travelling to Vancouver

Vancouver is one of Canada’s leading international destinations, offering direct flight connections from major cities around the world. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is located just 30 minutes from downtown and provides easy access to the Vancouver Convention Centre by public transit, taxi, or rideshare services.

International attendees are encouraged to review travel requirements early, including passport validity, visas, or eTA eligibility. Getting from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to the Vancouver Convention Centre

Public Transit

The Canada Line SkyTrain offers a direct connection from Vancouver International Airport to downtown Vancouver.

Board the Canada Line at YVR Airport Station.
Exit at Waterfront Station.
The Vancouver Convention Centre is approximately a 5-minute walk from Waterfront Station.

Taxi or Rideshare

Taxi and rideshare services are available directly from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Travel time to the Vancouver Convention Centre is typically 25 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Designated pickup areas are clearly marked outside the terminal.

Car

The Vancouver Convention Centre is easily accessible by car and is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. On-site and nearby public parking facilities are available for visitors.

Air Canada Discount Details:

Valid for Standard Economy fares or higher.
Basic Economy fares are not eligible.
Discounts will apply to trips booked 7 days pre/post event dates as well.
Bookings must be made directly at www.aircanada.com using the promo code.

Important Information

The discount applies only to Air Canada operated flights or codeshare flights with an AC flight number. If any segment of your itinerary is operated by a partner airline without an AC flight number, the discount will not apply to any portion of the trip.
